Refunds :
Due to the nature of Payments made to IPFD, refunds are generally not available. Once a Payment is made, it is considered final and non-refundable. However, in exceptional circumstances, such as technical errors or fraudulent activity, refunds may be considered at the discretion of IPFD, subject to investigation.
No Refund Policy :
At IPFD, we take pride in the quality of our services & publications and strive to ensure that every requirement meets our high standards. Therefore, we do not offer refunds on any purchases / payments.
Damaged or Defective Items :
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at a with your order number and photos of the damaged or defective item. We will review your request and provide an appropriate resolution, which may include a replacement or store credit.
Requesting a Refund :
If you believe that you are eligible for a refund, please contact us at info@pharmafederation.org within 7 days of making the Payment. Provide detailed information about your Payment, including the amount, date of Payment, and the reason for requesting a refund. Our team will review your request and respond in a timely manner.
Exchanges :
As Payments made to IPFD are non-tangible, intangible items, exchanges are not applicable.
Cancellation of Recurring Payments :
If you have set up a recurring Payment through IPFD and wish to cancel it, you can do so by accessing your account settings on our website or by contacting us at info@pharmafederation.org Please note that recurring Payments may continue until the end of the current billing cycle, and no refunds will be provided for Payments already processed.
